Brighton Residence is a full gut renovation of a 1928 home, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in May 2026. The project reimagines the original structure through a contemporary lens — balancing architectural clarity with bespoke craftsmanship.

The design centres on proportion, material restraint and spatial flow. Open-plan living zones are defined by clean lines and tailored joinery, while expansive glazing draws natural light deep into the interior. A refined palette of warm timbers, honed stone and soft neutrals establishes a calm, modern foundation.
